Today, I'm sharing the love by highlighting the amazing work of four designers that I'm absolutely crushing on right now. My favorite part about the interior design industry is the community, which has been bolstered in recent years by Instagram and Pinterest. I love that these platforms allow designers to share each other's work, and make inspiration so accessible.
Lately when I've been looking for inspiration, it's these four designers whose instagram pages I head to first. I hope you find their work as energizing as I do!
Jake Arnold
Here's the thing about me: although my eye for design is diverse, I sometimes find that my personal style leans slightly feminine. So, in order to bring balance to my designs, I try to spend more time analyzing designers whose work leans more masculine. This is how I discovered designer Jake Arnold, who happens to be adored by celebrities like Chrissy Teigen. His designs are minimal but incredibly eye-catching, warm and inviting, rustic and modern.

Kate Marker
I have been following Kate a very long time, and her designs just keep getting better and better. Kate leans slightly feminine like I do, but she does it in such a balanced way. However, the thing I love the most about Kate's designs is the way she's able to be both trendy and timeless at the same time. She definitely has that "light, bright, airy" vibe that's so popular right now, but her designs are always differentiated and interesting., she's not just following a formula. My favorite project of hers, The Leo Cottage, is an AirBnB in Michigan I'm dying to visit someday.

Heidi Callier
Heidi has been blowing up on social media recently, and for good reason. As soon as I saw Heidi's work I thought, "finally, someone who's designing what she loves, and not what everyone else loves." This can be so tricky as a designer because, after all, we have businesses to run! Sometimes, the popular aesthetic is popular for a reason, and usually that reason is that it's palpable to the masses. I'm all for this! At the end of the day, a designer's job is to deliver a product that the client will love. Which is why I'm so glad that Heidi has had the opportunity to find so many clients that trust her vision and allow her to be her best creative self. Her designs have been described as "Eclectic English Grandma" by Emily Henderson, and I am here for it!

Pernille Lind
Pernille's designs are the perfect balance between modern and classic. Every room she touches looks like it's straight out of the pages Architectural Digest. Her instagram is carefully curated to highlight her attention to detail, which you can see is something that heavily influences her design aesthetic. When you look at Pernille's designs, you can tell that every piece is intentional. What's harder to discern, is how she makes it all look and feel so effortless. She's newer to the scene, but already making a huge impact.
