Meet Erin Hackett Nordholt
Owner, Principal Designer
Hackett House Studio was born from a simple conviction Erin couldn’t ignore: that your surroundings influence your happiness and tell a story about the person that you are. After years spent in the financial world, Erin found herself returning again and again to the interiors that moved her: homes with soul, rooms that felt lived-in and intentional, and spaces that made everyday life feel a little calmer and a little more elevated.

That curiosity became a calling, and eventually, a studio built around a clear design philosophy: beauty matters, but process matters just as much.

Erin believes that great interiors come from the meeting point of creativity and clarity. While her aesthetic leans warm, modern, and quietly timeless, it’s the structure behind the scenes that defines Hackett House Studio. Erin and her team take what can often be an overwhelming, abstract creative journey and transform it into something approachable, organized, and deeply personal. Clients don’t just watch their home evolve — they feel guided, supported, and understood every step of the way.

Her background in finance remains a quiet thread in the work: a respect for budgets, transparent communication, and the belief that thoughtful design decisions should be rooted in both beauty and purpose. Today, Hackett House Studio is known for spaces that feel collected and human, and for a process that feels just as considered as the final design. Erin’s goal isn’t simply to decorate a home, but to shape a meaningful environment that supports the life her clients want to live, every single day.
